* The Toxic Brotherhood

Throughout history there’s always been the so-called “elite” who wield power and are spectacularly wealthy. Our survival often depends on them, but we’re at an impasse: our survival is now threatened by them. Colossal decisions are being made about our future, mostly without our knowledge and definitely without our consent.

Comprehension requires us to recognize the existence of a global toxic brotherhood but many people are reluctant to do so. Perhaps the participation of a scant few females inhibits perception; yes, there are women within toxic brotherhoods (who get no pass for being there) but they’re a micro-minority playing by the rules. Without a doubt the world is run by men—bad men, mostly, who behave in predictable ways.

To be clear, this article is not about misandry. Most men are caring, loving, protective, non-violent, benign, benevolent, honourable, wise. But their power and influence has devolved, is being driven to the periphery, even underground. Earth and humanity are being overwhelmed by a transnational mob of sociopaths, psychopaths and violent alpha males who are not seen by anybody, not loyal to anybody and not held accountable by anybody.

Let’s briefly sketch their primary behaviours, which interact for mutual advantage inside a closed  matrix.These five elements define a toxic brotherhood who are deeply embedded in all social, political and economic systems.

Paranoia. Intelligence agencies and, in America, their over 52,000 contractors. CIA, FBI, spies, deceit, espionage. Subterfuge and suspicion. They always have enemies; their enemies are always making something bad and/or planning something bad so we’d better be doing it, too. Their enemies are supposed to be our enemies.

Secrecy. Classified information, privileged access, invisible partnerships. Devious long-term planning, racketeering, quietly trying to put authoritarian laws on the books like Bills C-8 and C-9. Inventing fiscal laws that protect a black, or covert, economy. Legitimizing theft of taxpayer money—U.S. $21 trillion according to Catherine Fitts, an economist in the Bush Jr. White House whose integrity got her kicked out of the club. The capture of global health organizations, owning “the science” from molecule to market. Information blackouts and media collusion. Wargame conferences brainstorming the militarization of vaccinology and subversion of democracy. Robert F Kennedy Jr from The Real Anthony Fauci : “Dark Winter, Atlantic Storm, and Global Mercury were only three of over a dozen Germ Games staged by military, medical, and intelligence planners leading up to COVID-19. Each of the Kafkaesque exercises became uncanny predictors of a dystopian age that pandemic planners dubbed the ‘New Normal’.”

Competition. It produces some fine results for humanity but we’re talking about the toxic kind: becoming the richest and most feared. Conquest. Carving up the world. Too much is never enough. Willfully ignoring harmful downstream effects of their inventions and activities; denying culpability, deploying teams of lawyers to make their responsibility disappear. Social costs, loss of family/community, loss of livelihoods, not their problems to fix. Rigging elections, locking people out of home ownership, hiding wealth, money laundering, assisting global drug cartels, perverting justice, trampling human rights, assaulting earth’s atmosphere, destroying ecosystems, not their problems to fix. Winning is their addiction and obsession.

Domination: Subtle or brute force. Manufacturing truth. Silencing opponents, squashing alternate visions. A culture of bald-faced lying. Manipulating the masses with dark psychology we never agreed to, nudging for desired results, brainwashing and propaganda. Strict management of all information flows through corporate-owned and government-funded “news”. The worshipping of violence. Bringing the hammer down on dissent. In its extreme form, domination is the capture, torture, and/or killing of anyone who threatens them, hence the lack of intervention by the good guys.

Warring: Forever wars. Youth are cannibalized, inculcated with patriotic fervor, and sacrificed to trumped-up enemies. They (we) are not fighting enemy Russians, enemy Ukrainians, enemy Iranians, enemy Iraqis, enemy Israelis, enemy Tutsis, enemy Communists, enemy Viet Cong,  enemy whomevers! Since warring is such bloody good business you can never have enough enemies. The war machine is essentially a global franchise of toxic brotherhoods.

The wrong guys are in charge, the worst guys are designing the future and COVID revealed their true intentions: the militarization of everything. Physician and biological warfare expert, Meryl Nass, MD: “Coercion should be the last strategy to consider in a pandemic. If you have a remedy that works, people will flock to it. It’s troubling that the first and only option was creating a police state.”

Stronger language from respected journalist, Sasha Latypova, at Due Diligence and Art on Substack: “Covid operation was not a public health event, although it was presented as such to the world’s population. It was a global operation, coordinated through public-private intelligence and military alliances and invoking laws designed for CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) weapons attacks.”

Indie reporter Laura Dodsworth nailed it. Author of A State of Fear ~ How the UK Government Weaponised Fear During the COVID-19 Pandemic: “The ‘war on terror’ bridged an arc of exploitable fears between the Cold War and COVID. The weapon we find ourselves at war with has reduced in size from nuclear bomb behemoth, to weapons concealed on the body, to the body itself. The enemy shifted from a foreign government, to foreign terrorists, to every single one of us. In 2020, we became the enemy.”

We became the enemy.

Mainstream media journalists don’t get this. And the few who’ve identified the existence of the toxic brotherhood have partisan blind spots. For example, Pulitzer prize winning journalist, Anne Applebaum, who calls them ‘Autocracy, Inc.’. In her article for the Atlantic, The Bad Guys are Winning, she writes:

“Nowadays, autocracies are run not by one bad guy, but by sophisticated networks composed of kleptocratic financial structures, security services (military, police, paramilitary groups, surveillance) and professional propagandists. The members of these networks are connected not only within a given country, but among many countries. The corrupt, state-controlled companies in one dictatorship do business with corrupt, state-controlled companies in another. The police in one country can arm, equip, and train the police in another. The propagandists share resources—the troll farms that promote one dictator’s propaganda can also be used to promote the propaganda of another—and themes, pounding home the same messages about the weakness of democracy and the evil of America.”

Applebaum concludes that America’s network of bad guys are all in the Trump camp; the Democrats are essentially still good, she claims, but must be on guard because that goodness is eroding. Laughable, really, if it wasn’t so delusional. She does not believe that “the new autocratic alliance have a unifying ideology” so she cannot see their unifying motivations. The Panama Papers, the Epstein files and many other scandals make it plain that greed and depravity are thriving everywhere, including America. Political loyalty is performance; ideology is irrelevant; toxic brotherhoods join hands and lean into their skillsets. They do what works and they do it with impunity.

Since many people have had enough of their insanity, the toxic brotherhood are rapidly building the tyrannical infrastructure required for their safety. The confluence of global digital ID, central bank digital currency, and artificial (fake) intelligence could herald the end of human freedom. AI is the theft of all human knowledge repackaged and sold as Official Truth; AI’s long play is China-style cognitive capture. Ai Wei Wei, Chinese artist and author of 1000 Years of Joys and Sorrows, lives in exile due to lifelong persecution: “When authority determines meaning, independent thought does not exist, and everything is an extension of the discourse of power. Young people in China today have no knowledge at all of the student protests in Tiananmen Square in 1989, and if they knew they might not even care, for they learn submission before they have developed the ability to raise doubts and challenge assumptions.”

Cognitive capture might be difficult to assess, but not so with institutional rot. So much money has migrated into biotechnology and bio-warfare that the institutions we’ve relied upon for hundreds of years are languishing. How much more inattention and entropy before they fail? We’re seeing chronic malfunction, incompetence and corruption in healthcare, medicine, food production, supply chains, education, science, environmentalism, community policing, communications, media reportage, banking, etc. Experts in their fields are in performance mode—pretending normalcy, prevaricating and obfuscating. They’re happy to deceive us, and themselves, as long as they keep benefitting.

Buckle up, a center this weak cannot hold. On the upside, we can reasonably predict that a One World Government will not transpire. Their strengths are also their weaknesses: paranoia, secrecy, competition, dominance and warring means they’re incapable of getting along. And without a redeeming vision for humanity, they’re likely to fail. But in the meantime, as they fumble toward power-sharing, our logical conclusion must be that they’re going to make some colossal mistakes.

Advice from the intrepid Whitney Webb: “If you’re aware of where they’re trying to take us, you can plan things to not have to comply. For example, plan to be as independent as possible so that nobody can wreck your sovereignty the way they started doing in COVID. Set up your life to be independent of controls. Reading is important. We’re in a cognitive war. Critical thinking, think for yourself, the more we outsource our thinking to AI, [the worse it gets]. People need to not be so easily influenced. Avoid the rage bait. The more upset and irrational people become, the closer we are to becoming slaves. What to do? Networks of local resistance, off grid living, lean into family and community.”

* Coming Clean

by Catherine Fitts of Solari.com

For those who don’t yet know about Catherine Fitts, it’s time! She’s a tour de force and super-positive change agent.

Catherine is the publisher of The Solari Report, and managing member of Solari Investment Advisory Services, LLC and Sea Lane Advisory, LLC. Catherine served as managing director and member of the board of directors of the Wall Street investment bank Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and as Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the first Bush Administration.

You can click on the link above to get to the Coming Clean PDF or read some of it below.

“As we manage increasing levels of complexity in our lives due to new technology and globalization, we are also dealing with rising levels of political and economic uncertainty and an ongoing effort to build a digital control grid with digital IDs, digital money that can be programmed with a social credit system, and an expensive AI, data center, and telecommunications infrastructure. In this environment, thinking strategically about what we need to know, how to access and acquire that knowledge, and how to build collaborative networks to help us do so can provide a steady flow of new energy. There is a reason why nations have intelligence agencies and why companies have lifelong learning programs and investigative firms. When we look back through history, how did our ancestors deal with periods of high spiritual and financial stress? What worked? Surely, nothing that we are dealing with today is tougher than what Native Americans, slaves, or immigrants and settlers dealt with during the past 300 years. Some cultures have evolved a high degree of knowledge as well as protocols for surviving great levels of stress. We can identify and learn from those who have this knowledge.”

“Build a high-integrity network of trusted people who are willing to “conspire” and watch each other’s back.”

A NEW UNITY IS PERCOLATING by Catherine Fitts

In her 2002 article “Solari and the Rise of the Rule of Law” (solari.com/hibt), Catherine told the story of one of her partners, an entrepreneur who grew up on a small island. He once explained why small islands produce a much higher percentage of people who are good at starting and building successful businesses. Someone who grows up on a small island sees how everything is connected, so it is much easier for that person to learn how to take responsibility for the whole — to see how all time and energy is precious and to never waste anything. People who grow up on small islands, he said, understand that “a penny saved is a penny earned.”

He had been taught from the time he was a small child to connect the behavior of individual people with how everything worked around him. He said that he had learned to adjust his behavior so that it contributed to the system working in the way he hoped it would. His family, his school, and his church all encouraged him to take responsibility for the whole in practical, concrete ways. People who grow up on small islands understand that “what goes around comes around.” He said that America is just a very big island, but most Americans do not know this — nor do they understand that the planet is also just an even bigger island. They cannot connect how the system works — particularly the aspects of the system they do not like — with their own choices and actions. They do not have even simple maps of how things connect. They do not understand their own power to vote with their prayers, their thoughts, their choice of friends and spouse, their actions, and how they spend their money every day. In contrast, people who grow up on small islands “see the world whole.”

The point of this story is that many of us look at our situation only from our own point of view. From every degree of the circle, there is a different definition of what ails us, of why our system isn’t working, and what the solutions are. Often, what we perceive as our own individual problems are really just the symptoms that each person experiences of the deeper problems that we all share. Many times, we think that the solution is to blame or attack someone, or to propose that more government or private capital be spent in a (futile) attempt to keep the wolf from the door.

Without a simple map of where we are, of the tapeworm that we are feeding, and of how to withdraw and shift our energy, we forget that what we do counts and that, at the simplest level, you simply can’t eat what you don’t grow. Our society has encouraged and participated in tremendous speculative financial activity at the expense of the concrete productive sector of our economy. The impact on our economic productivity has been predictable. The deterioration of our living equity — our neighborhoods, infrastructure, and environmental resources — can be seen in every place — north, south, east, west — and it touches everyone, rich and poor alike. The dumbing down of the workforce grows as daily television and social media consumption reach frightening levels and teach counterproductive behavior. What is happening in our neighborhoods parallels what is happening around the world.

The people who feel that their biggest problem is their financial equity — falling yields on their investment portfolios — have yet to see that they cannot enjoy capital gains unless they preserve their living equity. That is, our neighborhoods and children need to be kept safe, and we need to understand that the very things that will contribute to their safety — an increase in real human productivity, honest feedback systems, and a restoration of personal accountability — will also lead to huge increases in collective investment capital in the economy. The people who feel that their greatest problem is living equity — that they and their children are not safe and that our environment is being destroyed, or that we are committing genocide in other parts of the world (or down the block) — also have yet to see what the real issue is. We cannot achieve personal safety when yields for both retail and institutional investors are dependent on profits from organized crime, trickery of the investing public, and government guarantees that promote unproductive investment and personal behavior. Only when we achieve real economic growth based on concrete increases in productivity, accounted for and disclosed on an honest basis, can we be both safe and wealthy.

Coming clean is about reconciling these different points of view and creating a new energizing unity of people, places, and money. Coming clean begins one person at a time. As the lotus blossom opens out of the mud, coming clean begins with you and me — from the inside out. As we come clean, we find that we can live more joyously and profitably, even amid spiritual and economic warfare. As we withdraw the energy that we give each day to the people and organizations destroying our world, we discover that we have new energy to give to each other and to the people and organizations leading the creation of the new world that is percolating. As each of us comes clean, the world we envision emerges.

Our existing leadership believes that the only way to change is to institute a digital control grid — in essence, a 21st-century slavery system. We reject this vision of total central control by the few. It is a hypermaterialist vision and contradictory to how life and intelligence work in the universe. We are confident that an economic model is possible that aligns with life as it is; such a model can bring explosive wealth-building capacity while also addressing necessary risk management. A free world is possible — indeed, it is the only world we wish to create and live in.

Coming clean — we invite you to join us on a journey in support of a world committed to freedom and a human future.

*Epstein: Tip of the Viceberg

‘Viceberg’ since it’s likely these cretans are going to sink civilization. Or let’s Imagine a pyramid upside-down, the top now at the bottom. Epstein is at the bottom, above him is a vast network comprised of the so-called “elites”, most of them male, some of them absolute evil monsters. Their financial networks intertwine with military and intelligence networks, political and social networks. Their names are mostly unknown to us and rarely make the news because they own all news outlets and carefully protect their invisibility; we’re told only what they want us to know and that information usually takes a form of propaganda and brainwashing. They are not bound by ethics, morals, or the social codes we live by, which is the polite way of saying they’re a bunch of self-interested fukkers who don’t care about the planet, human society, or the well-being of women and children.

They’re ultra rich, powerful and protected from laws; they move in rarified circles which never intersect with ours. Here’s one article describing them. They could care less about right wing/left wing politics, Democrats or Republicans; those are manufactured categories used to keep us distracted and divided; they care about politics only to the extent that it does not impinge upon their wealth and power.

Three of six million pages in the Epstein file have been released. Thick-skinned researchers are diving into them and gradually revealing what they find. I’ve listened to podcasts and watched videos (listed at the bottom of this post) but done so judiciously. Some of it is so dark it wounds my soul. But I’ll mention a few things and if you’re sensitive you can scan past the next paragraph to the rest of the article.

UGLY EVIL. From emails to/from Epstein there are comments like “love that torture one” and “a baby will suck harder if it hears the sound of its mother’s voice”. Very young girls and boys are regularly trafficked among men. One man, a famous American senator, bought himself a sex slave, a girl of 13, and brought her to his home where she lived as if one of the family. There is so much more but I cannot bring myself to write it down here. They are Psychopaths, Pedovores, Sociopaths, Scum. James Corbett calls them the Pathocracy–government by psychopaths, for psychopaths and by psychopaths.

Some of Epstein’s club of monsters will surprise you, like Deepak Chopra, ersatz spiritual guru who wears diamond studded glasses, who writes in an email to Epstein: “God is a construct, cute girls are real.”

Elon Musk in a Christmas day email to Epstein: “What day/night will be the wildest party on our island?”

We, the people, have no presence in that upside-down pyramid—at our peril. We keep them in place through our willingness to be their subjects and through our ignorance of their activities, let alone their existence. The world is a sick mess and when you learn about some of these guys you realize why that is. Among that pyramid are lesser men (yes, there are plenty of women involved, too) who are infected with anti-human, soul-dead ideas.

Many have to be on a sociopath-psychopath spectrum. Curtis Yarvin, popular in some right wing circles, believes in a “humane alternative to genocide”. Yuval Noah Harari, who advises many powerful people, predicts that rapid advances in computing technology will “make humans redundant”. Harari claims that “humans are now hackable animals”. Technology will create a “massive class of useless people” who will need to be kept happy with “drugs and computer games”. He tells TED talk audiences, “We just don’t need the vast majority of this population in today’s world.” And human rights are “just like heaven, and like God, just a fictional story. The whole idea that humans have this soul or spirit and nobody knows what’s happening inside them, and they have free will, that’s over…”

Or how about Klaus Schwab, founder of WEF (World Economic Forum) and now notorious for his edict, “you will own nothing and you will be happy”. Like all would-be despots, his ideas about a total human surveillance state are grotesque and grandiose: “In this new world we must accept transparency. Everything is going to be transparent and you have to get used to it, you have to behave accordingly. It becomes, how should I put it, integrated into your personality but if you have nothing to hide you shouldn’t be afraid.”

Schwab is the father of Davos, the annual schmoozefest where the so-called “elites” gather each year to discuss the world’s future. Author Peter S. Goodman, author of ‘Davos Man: How the Billionaires Devoured the World’ writes, “I saw billionaires engage in simulations of the Syrian refugee experience—led around in the dark while blindfolded as angry officials demanded their papers—before savouring truffles at dinners thrown by global banks. Outside conference rooms featuring discussions on human trafficking, I watched venture capitalists fist-bumping over having scored invites to the bacchanal thrown by a Russian oligarch who flew in prostitutes from Moscow. Davos Man has pillaged the global economy, exploiting workers, plundering housing and health care, and dismantling government programs while transferring the bounty to his personal bank accounts tucked in jurisdictions beyond the reach of any pain-in-the-ass tax collector.”

To read more about these modern-day Gollums, see my article ‘Club of Sociopaths’, published in Druthers.

The release of these 3 million Epstein files has generated some optimism among the commentariat that the public outrage generated by the release means that significant change is coming, there will be jail time for criminals and justice for victims. I say, unfortunately, don’t hold your breath. Which part of what we’ve been seeing (for decades) indicates an interest, desire, or even ability, to successfully create a better world for all? They have no other tools in their toolbox. What we’re seeing is what will continue—the world getting more degraded and unstable by the month and the corporate-owned media telling only what the pathocracy wants us to know and react to. The best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour.

Pam Bondi, U.S. Attorney General: “If we prosecute everybody, the system will collapse.”

It’s so damned rotten, their system should collapse.

*Teens are Talking About Epstein

Here’s the first few paragraphs of a well-written piece about the effect of the Epstein revelations, by a parent whose child informs him that the kids at school are all talking about what it means.

The Thinning ~ Notes from Inside the Veneer

by Joshua Stylman (full article on his Substack page here)

My kid came home from school the other day and told me the Epstein files are lunchroom conversation. Not among teachers (at least that they’re aware of), but among students in the hallways, between classes.

What a crazy thing for a child to be talking about. I mean think about that – children casually discussing whether the people who run the world have been raping and trafficking other children.

My son was telling me this the way he’d tell me about the all-star game and I’m standing in my kitchen trying to figure out what to even say. Because the weight of that – what it means that it’s entered the consciousness of our children – is so heavy. The gap between the world we thought we lived in and the one that actually exists has become so thin that even teenagers can now see through it. And yet, that’s where we are.

Anyone close to me knows that I’ve been railing about our fake reality for the last few years. That the politicians, the entertainers, the captains of industry, the media, and the philanthropists – some of them, most of them (all of them?) – have been looting and pillaging the place. Literally. And now our kids are learning it too.

* COVID WAS A PLANDEMIC

Did you know that tabletop wargaming has been going on for decades? Or that sociopathic so-called ‘scientists’ are busy beavering away in military-funded labs around the world, including Wuhan, China, making bioweapons because ‘their enemies’ might do it first? And did you know that over the decades the pharmaceutical industry has been captured by militaristic paranoia? If your answers are ‘No’ then it’s time to do some research.

You could start here with Whitney Webb’s timely article providing background and context.

TWO MONTHS BEFORE COVID WAS ANNOUNCED, key players gathered for Event 201 to make plans to manage a global pandemic. Two months later, like magic, a “deadly” virus arrives, coordinated global lockdowns roll out smoothly, and world’s people were terrorized into compliance. We had to take an experimental jab filled with ‘new technology’ junk they sold as “safe and effective”.

The following are excerpts from ‘The Real Anthony Fauci’ by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Exhaustively researched and annotated, scrupulous attention to facts and documentation, it’s the kind of revelatory book that only comes along once in a century. I read the 450+ page book TWICE so you don’t have to.

“Participants included a group of high-ranking kahunas from the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, Bloomberg/Johns Hopkins University, the CDC, various media powerhouses, the Chinese government, a former CIA/NSA director, vaccine maker Johnson & Johnson, the globe’s largest pharmaceutical company; finance and biosecurity industry chieftains, and the president of Edelman, the world’s largest PR firm.

“War games became instruments for imposing obedience. Dark Winter, Atlantic Storm, and Global Mercury were only three of over a dozen Germ Games staged by military, medical, and intelligence planners leading up to COVID-19. Each of the Kafkaesque exercises became uncanny predictors of a dystopian age that pandemic planners dubbed the ‘New Normal’.”

“The consistent feature is an affinity for militarizing medicine and introducing centralized autocratic governance. Each rehearsal ends with the same grim punchline: the global pandemic is an excuse to justify the imposition of tyranny and coerced vaccination.

“The panelists role-played strategies for co-opting the world’s most influential political institutions, subverting democratic governance, and positioning themselves as unelected rulers of the emerging authoritarian regime. They practised techniques for ruthlessly controlling dissent, expression and movement, and degrading civil rights, autonomy, and sovereignty. The Gates simulation focused on deploying the usual psyops retinue of propaganda, surveillance, censorship, isolation, and political and social control to manage the pandemic. The official eighty-nine page summary is a miracle of fortune-telling—an uncannily precise month-by-month prediction of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.”

“After 9/11, “the War on Terror triggered a tectonic shift in global security priorities and elephantine ripples in defense spending patterns across the globe as open democracies began shifting to a security state footing. The revival in US government interest in germ warfare opened new opportunities. The US bio-defense budget went from $137 million in 1997 to $14.5 billion for 2001-2004. Between 2001 and 2014, the US spent around $80 billion on bio-defense. Since germ weaponry was still illegal, vaccines became a critical euphemism for the revival of the multi-billion dollar bioweapons industry.”

“The Pentagon could not get into compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention which limited the Pentagon’s freedom to undertake new research programs, particularly those referred to as “the leading edge of bio-defense”. So then-VP Dick Cheney transferred the Pentagon’s research to the National Institutes of Health, specifically to NIAID. By 2004, the transfer was complete and NIAID was transformed into an arm of the defense sector. This made NIAID Director Anthony Fauci a  major player in biodefense and germ warfare.”

[During his first term] Trump’s Health officials complained “that they found themselves marginalized as Operation Warp Speed devolved into a partnership between the military and the pharmaceutical industry.”  Physician and biological warfare expert, Meryl Nass, MD.: “Coercion should be the last strategy to consider in a pandemic. If you have a remedy that works, people will flock to it. It’s troubling that the first and only option was creating a police state.”

* KICLEI UPDATE

Regular readers will recall the Gazette report that CAO McCulloch agreed to have a conversation with KICLEI’s Maggie Hope Braun. It was hoped she would inform him about sneaky globalist plans: climate action disguises systematic dismantling of democratic governance to weaken municipalities. Unfortunately, as soon as KICLEI was making some headway, it was attacked by the McMedia, in particular the National Post, which maligned and smeared using falsehoods, a common silencing tactic these days. Braun refuted the falsehoods but the stress took its toll. Long story short, for now, no conversation with the CAO.

Braun reported: “At the FCM [Federation of Canadian Municipalities] conference, an ICLEI session labelled our message as “misinformation”. When councillors asked for a response to our documented concerns, ICLEI refused—saying even acknowledging our questions would “give them attention.” Let that sink in. “Elected officials are being told not to examine questions of jurisdiction, consent, or cost—because the answers might empower their communities. But it’s not working. Across the country, councillors are stepping up.

“In Alberta, our issues became election issues. We are breaking through. And they know it. Wheatland County the Town of Vermilion and others withdrew from FCM, setting a precedent for others to follow. Lethbridge challenged PCP/IPCC targets, recommending a 20% GHG reduction instead of 40%–saving $63 million in projected carbon credit costs. In B.C., we exposed the truth: the Net-Zero Action Charter frameworks are voluntary, not mandatoryThat opens the door for respectful withdrawals and local debate.

Reflecting on 2025 challenges, Braun said, “If you’re feeling burnt out or behind—so am I. But none of us are alone. Every email, delegation, and conversation you had this year helped lay a foundation for something powerful.”

* Update: Next Generation 911

from Whitney Webb, Investigative Journalist, author of One Nation Under Blackmail.  www.unlimitedhangout.com

Regular Gazette readers will recall LG’s NG911 recent article which reported on Lillooet’s CAO pursuing this new technology and the “free money” being given to those who adopt it. My research revealed the high risk of loss of privacy and rights, invasive surveillance, the militaristic language being used, as well as shadowy players located in the Bahamas. This update broadens that article with information gleaned from Chris Hedges’ interview of Whitney Webb on the Chris Hedges Report on YouTube—a pointed and important discussion about more of the nefarious motives for the so-called “upgrade” to 911 services.

Webb: “NG911 isn’t just about emergencies, it’s about hoovering our data for predictive policing (“predpol”): who’s used 911 in the past, who’s likely to use it in the future. Companies are cropping up to control 911 Emergency Call Centers across the U.S,” Webb said.

One such company is Carbyne. From Wikipedia: Carbyne “develops advanced emergency communications solutions, focuses on providing real-time video, location and data transmission to enhance emergency response systems worldwide.” This is the translation: “Real-time” means your cell phone is connected to the grid 24/7/365, no privacy, too bad so sad. “Worldwide” means the centralization of all human data and the advancement of one world government and top-down controls by anonymous sociopaths who don’t live here. Extreme surveillance is at hand, people. But, as my research revealed, the current 9-1-1 will still be available, at least for the time being, so when they come knocking, selling you on how great this new NG911 is, scaring you with potential emergencies, touting the incredible benefits for your “safety and well-being”, shucking and jiving about ‘new and improved’, just say NO.

Other folks have been keeping an eye on this issue, including Philip Perras, the mayor of Pender Island. He’s been sending lengthy letters to all municipalities in BC, including ours. The following is an excerpt from his December 2025 letter:

Systemic Accountability Failures and the E-Comm 911 Review

Two reports were released:

“These issues are not isolated. The independent EY review of E-Comm 911 completed in September (released publicly on November 7) — confirms what municipalities have been saying for years: the system lacked clear governance, financial controls, and meaningful oversight. EY found that accountability effectively stopped nowhere, with unclear authority, unpredictable levy increases and no contingency fund for emergencies — the very business they are in.

“The first identified major operational and budgeting failures and issued 25 recommendations, including stronger financial controls, a stakeholder-management framework, and a review of E-Comm’s 23-member board, which currently includes no Vancouver Island representation — despite Island municipalities being required to absorb downloaded levies. The second report outlined four possible service-delivery models and emphasized that the province’s role in emergency communications must finally be defined.

Importantly, while the Province had promised an independent review back in December 2024, it was the unity of the ten South Island mayors — standing together on the Legislature steps in January 2025 to protest the downloading of 911 costs — that forced the issue into the political foreground and ensured the review could not be quietly sidelined. Their public stance made it impossible for the Province to downplay, delay, or dilute the process, especially after years of unresolved concerns despite municipalities having been notified of the impending cost shift as early as 2019. For years, E-Comm operated on trust rather than transparency. The EY findings now confirm what local governments had been warning all along: accountability was missing, oversight was weak, and only municipal unity made the truth impossible to ignore.”

* MAYOR & COUNCILORS ON THE BALL

Councilor McNary rejected a bylaw requiring small businesses to provide EV outlet parking. “So, they’d be forced to become a gas station?” he asked. “They would have to pay for the electricity?”           Alpine Engineering in Kelowna, a consulting firm whose services cost taxpayers alot, are currently overhauling our “outdated” bylaws. Alpine also suggested a bylaw requiring homeowners to retrofit and install a 240-volt outlet, which Mayor Hopfl took umbrage with. Councillor Wiebe said new residential builders should not be mandated to include EV outlets. Councilor McNary informed council that “the BC Government is backing off EVs, our hydro grid cannot cope with EV charging.”

SOME FACTS:

(1) EVs are NOT GREEN.

(2) A mine takes 16 years to get up and running—Net Zero requires hundreds of thousands of mines and they destroy ecosystems.

(3) We don’t have electrical grid capacity.

(4) EV battery lasts about 170K kms, unless it bursts into flames or freezes in the winter. The cost to replace is $50K.

(5) People aren’t buying them.

* CLIMATE PIRACY IN LILLOOET?

We better take an active interest in globalist policy because globalists are taking a very active interest in us – and council has accepted their money.

Climate bureaucracy gives “grants” that include control levers for worming their way inside the legal charters of communities like ours. Democracy and transparency end up being sidelines—without the awareness of CAOs, CFOs, Mayors and Councillors and definitely without taxpayers’ knowledge.

In 2023, Lillooet received an LGCAP (Local Government Climate Action Program) grant of $52,078 which has to be used for an approved climate category like CO2, GHG (greenhouse gas emissions), EVs, Net Zero. The former Chief Financial Officer held back the money but this year it’s been applied to an HVAC upgrade at City Hall. The upgrade reduces a tiny fraction of Canada’s tiny fraction of greenhouse gas emissions.

That “free money” required us to fill out and return a 19-page (!) climate action report comprised of detailed questions designed to micro-manage absolutely everything: new housing, roads, development, town assets, energy, transportation. Then CFO filled out the survey, avoiding much of the intrusive demand for information and action by stating that Lillooet did not have the financial capacity, or the expertise, to fulfill the request. Nevertheless, the report makes clear that the climate scam push is fully under way. “Free money” gives away our authority to make our own decisions and protect our fiscal solvency. Council must wake up to this long-term predatory scheme and opt out.

KICLEI (Kicking the International out  of Local Initiatives) helps town councils avoid these fiscal sinkholes: “What we’re seeing across Canada is a form of governance by proxy – where unelected global networks embed themselves into local government through programs like PCP (United Nations Partners for Climate Protection)m shaping policy through standardized plans and staff training. This isn’t violent—but it’s coordinated, ideological, and largely hidden from public scrutiny.”

“ICLEI and FCM (Federation of Canadian Municipalities) have created a system where one staff member and one councillor become the internal champions of a pre-scripted agenda. This mimics the structure of institutional capture—where outside influence steers local decisions through embedded advocates.” This is what it looks like:

“BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the municipality of Lillooet appoint…

  a) a corporate staff person and

  b) an elected official

to oversee implementation of the PCP milestones and be the points of contact for the PCP program within the municipality.

We’ve got two corporate staff persons — Deputy Corporate Office and CAO McCulloch who appointed himself (* see note below) Corporate Officer on July 15th. We taxpayers need to start paying attention; our apathy will allow the globalists to override democracy. Those who understand these threats and are quietly considering getting involved in local politics need to get elected asap!

*Post addition/correction: CAO McCulloch asked the Gazette to clarify that he did not “appoint himself” but rather he was appointed and he took an oath; it’s a legal requirement to have a Corporate Officer and the CFO leaving left that position empty. LG apologizes for the mistake.

If anybody would like to watch that in the council meeting, see it at the July 15th meeting at the 11 minute mark.
